Trish starts off by visiting you at home and discussing your aims, ideas and style, as well as budget and other such restrictions. After photographing and measuring your house and the neighbours' she'll produce, for a first meeting, a sketch scheme or two with some sketches and photos on an ideas board. This first concept scheme forms the basis for discussion and depending on the feedback a full set of working drawings can be produced within a month, ready for planning application.
Some alterations don't require planning permission such as a porch or garage, a conservatory or a small rear extension, changing the windows or cladding the walls.
Whether you just want a bit more space or want a complete new look for your home, it's worth looking at your home afresh with a bit of help and a new pair of eyes.
